THIS IS HOW WE OPERATE
state of
the art
spray guns
The different lacquers are manually applied using state-of-the-art spray guns and Air-Coat equipment depending on the component’s size in order to achieve different objectives.
Every object needs to be scrutinised for its condition to allow the determination of necessary preliminary work, the appropriate lacquering process including polishing and finally to determine the suitable packaging.
PREPARATION
PREPARATION
Before we start coating, there is often a range of preparatory work to be completed – this differs depending on the object material and its condition. We carefully prepare each object for coating according to its specific requirements. In contrast to sandblasting, we use targeted methods to pre-treat components gently and, if necessary, selectively:COATING
COATING
We lacquer industrial objects with state-of-the-art spray guns and Air-Coat equipment, depending on the size of the object. For industrial coating, we only use liquid paint application and not powder coating. The Air-Coat device is generally used for large objects. It provides time-savings since it allows for a widespread distribution of the lacquer coat.
The spray guns, on the other hand, allow the utilization of nozzles in a variety of different sizes. They are therefore mostly used for more filigree lacquering jobs.
POLISHING
POLISHING
We polish the lacquered surfaces wherever possible and reasonable, creating optimal shine.PACKAGING
PACKAGING
Careful packaging is important, particularly when dealing with bulky objects – after all, we do not want the freshly applied lacquer to suffer damage during the return shipment. We make sure that all that needs to be packaged will be packaged appropriately – with as much care as we put into lacquering it!
